Your Rights, Responsibilities & Our Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jilee ("jilee," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jilee online casino platform, including all games, features, services, promotions, and content made available through jilee.vip and any associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, by accessing any game or feature on the jilee platform, or by making a deposit into a jilee account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
• You have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full;
• You accept jilee's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms as incorporated herein by reference;
• Online gaming is legal in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play.

These Terms apply to all use of jilee's platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used.

jilee enforces a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process for all accounts. To complete KYC, you must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, including but not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport. The name, date of birth, and identity presented in your KYC submission must match the information provided during registration exactly.

jilee reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal access withheld pending document submission.

In addition to the age requirement, use of jilee is restricted to:

• Persons who are not subject to any court order, regulatory ruling, or legal restriction prohibiting participation in online gaming;
• Persons who are not acting on behalf of any other individual or entity;
• Persons accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online casino gaming is legal;
• Persons who have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from jilee or from online gaming by a regulatory authority.

jilee reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or void any gameplay and associated winnings if a user is found to be ineligible under these criteria.

To access real-money games and services at jilee, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jilee platform. The existence of multiple accounts per person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilee login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. jilee will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat — any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to jilee support immediately.

jilee implements two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to protect your account against unauthorized access, particularly when logging in from a new device. You acknowledge that OTPs are single-use and time-limited, and agree not to share them with any party under any circumstances.

In the event of suspected unauthorized access to your account, you must contact jilee support immediately. jilee will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials or failure to report unauthorized access promptly.

All financial transactions on jilee are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilee does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are supported: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the jilee cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jilee balance upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the originating institution. jilee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jilee targets processing of verified GCash withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes. Processing times for bank transfers depend on the receiving institution. jilee reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.

You agree that all funds deposited into your jilee account represent money that is legally yours to use, is not derived from any illegal activity, and is not subject to any third-party claim. jilee may report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

jilee offers various bonuses, promotions, free bet credits, cashback offers, and reload incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each promotion is made available, which terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jilee promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification, unless a specific promotion states otherwise;
• Each bonus has a stated wagering (turnover) requirement that must be fulfilled before any derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonus credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement is met;
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or used for the benefit of any other person;
• jilee reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to your acceptance of that offer;
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

jilee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to abuse promotional terms may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for compliance.

All games offered on the jilee platform are provided by certified third-party game developers including, but not limited to, JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Habanero, and Asia Gaming. Each game is governed by its own specific rules as documented within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game's published rules shall govern for gameplay-specific matters.

All games on jilee use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined at random and are not subject to influence by jilee, game providers, or any external party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by game providers and available within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or server error that interrupts a game round, the affected round may be voided and any wagered amount refunded to your balance. jilee will not be obligated to pay out a win that cannot be confirmed by our server records due to technical failure.

All game results and transaction records are logged by jilee's systems. In the event of a dispute between a player's recollection of a game outcome and jilee's server records, jilee's server records shall be the definitive reference.

By using jilee, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using jilee if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with jilee's platform or games;
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using jilee's platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jilee's software or systems;
• Violating any applicable law or regulation of the Republic of the Philippines in connection with your use of jilee.

jilee employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will result in account suspension pending investigation and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds as permitted by applicable law.

jilee is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's standards for online gaming operators in the Philippines. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jilee account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of elapsed session time during play;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent closure;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jilee platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by jilee support and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the designated exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders of time spent in session and net win/loss during that session.

jilee will never use personal data to market gambling services to a player who has self-excluded or who has indicated problem gambling behavior. Players who believe they have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek support through appropriate professional channels.

All content on the jilee platform — including but not limited to the jilee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary property of jilee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilee platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any jilee content; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on jilee's platform; frame or mirror any portion of jilee's website; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Any unauthorized use of jilee's intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your licence, account closure, and legal action.

jilee's platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilee disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jilee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; interruption of service; unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials; or losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

jilee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the balance held in your jilee account at the time the claim arose, except as required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in the Philippines.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jilee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilee collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering an account on jilee, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in jilee's Privacy Policy.

The types of personal data collected include registration information (name, date of birth, mobile number, email), KYC identity documents, financial transaction records, gameplay data, and device and browsing information. This data is used to verify identity, process payments, deliver services, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve the platform.

jilee's Privacy Policy is available at jilee.vip/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may close your jilee account at any time by contacting jilee support. Upon account closure, any verifiable balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and these Terms.

jilee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Registration by an ineligible person (including persons under 21 or persons subject to self-exclusion);
• Registration of duplicate accounts;
• Any conduct that jilee reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of its platform or other players.

Where an account is closed by jilee due to confirmed breach of these Terms, jilee reserves the right to withhold any balance held in that account to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.

jilee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilee will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform, by email to your registered address, or by SMS to your registered mobile number. The updated Terms will indicate the effective date of the amendment.

Your continued use of the jilee platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using jilee and close your account, with any verified remaining balance returned to you in accordance with these Terms.

jilee recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at jilee.vip/terms-conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of jilee's platform and services, shall first be submitted to jilee's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jilee support at [email protected]. jilee will respond to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days and will endeavor to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilee's internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable under its online gaming regulations.

Nothing in this section shall limit a player's statutory rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
